- To occasionally share our work on Instagram — we will always ask before posting anything that identifies you personally (e.g. your photo or name on a keepsake)

Order conversations are stored within WhatsApp and Instagram, which are operated by Meta. We keep basic order records (name, item, delivery address) only for as long as needed to fulfil your order and handle any after-sales questions, after which they are periodically cleared.

We rely on a small number of third-party platforms to run our business, each with their own privacy policies:

- Instagram / Meta — for showcasing our work and receiving enquiries
